Availability and reservations
An animal is available only when its listing says Available and we confirm that status directly. Reservation and deposit terms will be provided in writing before any payment is requested.
Accurate information
Listings will identify the actual animal and include the information we have about age, sex, breed or parentage, health history, and temperament. Animals are living creatures; future size, production, working ability, and behavior cannot be guaranteed.
The buyer’s responsibility
Buyers are responsible for suitable housing, fencing, feed, veterinary care, local rules, and safe transportation unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
Livestock guardian dogs
Guardian-dog placements require a home prepared for the needs of a large working dog. We may ask about livestock, fencing, other dogs, family circumstances, and the role expected of the dog.
Terms for a specific animal
